The wedding ring is a timeless symbol of love and commitment, exchanged to seal a promise that lasts a lifetime. What could be more meaningful than creating these symbols with your own hands?
In this exclusive workshop, you and your partner will craft your own wedding bands, making them as unique and personal as your love story.
Choose from three distinctive options, each offering a special way to shape your rings:
Option 1: TRADITION Create classic gold wedding bands following the traditional goldsmithing process. You'll start by alloying the gold to achieve the desired metal, then transform it into a bar, draw it into wire with your chosen profile (round, half-round, oval or square), cut, bend, solder, and refine it. The final result is a pair of elegant, timeless bands, and the extraordinary shared experience of making them together!
Duration: approximately 8 hours Cost: €280 per person (metal not included) Possible metals: 14 or 18 kt gold
Option 2: CASTED Carve your wedding bands from hard wax, then cast them in sand molds for a truly unique texture and experience. Each ring will carry the natural imprint of the sand, making it one-of-a-kind. After you cast the metal (gold or silver, your choice), you’ll refine, polish, and complete your bands, ensuring they’re as unique as your bond.
Duration: 4-6 hours Cost: €180 per person (metal not included) Possible metals: 14kt gold, 18 kt gold, or sterling silver
Option 3: IMPRINTS Craft organic, free-form bands using soft wax, where the natural, "imperfect" shapes will carry the fingerprints of the person who made them. These rings are deeply personal, with every ridge and curve telling a story of the hands that shaped them. The casting (in gold or silver) and final refinements will be completed by us, preserving the intimate essence of your design.
Duration: 1,5 hours Cost: €115 per person for gold casting (gold not included), €95 per person for silver casting (silver included) Possible metals: 14kt gold, 18kt gold, or sterling silver
Note for all the options: No experience is needed: you’ll be guided through every step of the process by experienced jewelers.
Optionals: Photoshooting during the making process; Hand Engraving of dates and names on the ring bands; Upcycling some old family jewelry piece to make the wedding rings
