Supplier / Seller: Nora Workshop of Margherita de Martino Norante based in Florence, Via dei Preti n. 2-4 / R, PI 06468640484.
Customer: consumer or user, or the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out.
Contractual Products: such products are considered as described in the online showcase and depicted in the relative image associated with each of the products displayed therein.
Producer: craftsman who has materially produced the good.
Site: means the officinenora.it online sales site.
These Conditions of Sale apply to online sales contracts concluded through the Site between the Supplier and a Customer.
Only those who have reached the age of majority and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts can order through the officinenora.it site. By placing an order through the Site, you declare and warrant that you are an end customer in good faith and that you will not supply, sell or distribute the Supplier's products for commercial purposes or to gain other commercial advantage.
All orders made through the Site are subject to its availability and acceptance by the Supplier in the order confirmation email.
If an order exceeds the quantity existing in stock, Officine Nora will announce whether or not said product will be available in the future and the expected time for procurement in the order confirmation email.
The Supplier reserves the right to modify the range of items offered on the Site and may also limit, from time to time, the quantity of Contract Products that the Customer can order in a single purchase session.
The Site provides all the information (description) relating to the Contract Products currently on sale through this channel: only the creations with the "add to cart" button are available for online sale.
The Customer, having selected the Product and added to the Cart, must fill in the data relating to the shipment of the purchased Product.
To proceed further it will therefore be necessary to read and accept these Conditions of Sale. Attention: it is advisable to memorize the General Conditions of Sale on your PC and / or print a copy for your personal use.
The prices of the Products indicated on the Site are inclusive of VAT but net of shipping costs and other taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
The Supplier reserves the right to change the prices and delivery costs at any time and without notice. The price of a Product and the delivery costs as indicated by the Supplier on the Site at the time of the order confirmation by the Customer will be honored by the Supplier.
Costs and delivery times vary according to the country of destination and are duly highlighted on the Cart page, which the Customer will take care to view before confirming the purchase.
If the Products must be delivered to a country outside the European Union, the total price indicated in the order and confirmed in the order confirmation is net of any customs duties or other sales tax required by the country of entry that the Consumer from now on, undertakes to pay in accordance with the laws of the country where the Products will be sent.
The Consumer must pay the total price to the Seller, as reported in the order confirmation that is provided at the end of the order process and also indicated in the order confirmation email sent by the Seller to the Consumer.
Any additional costs, charges, taxes and / or duties that a given country may apply for any reason to the Products ordered under these Conditions of Sale are the sole responsibility of the Consumer.
If customizations or changes are required with respect to the Contract Products, beyond what is expressly provided for in the online showcase, the additional costs will be subject to separate agreements between the parties.
The Customer undertakes to pay the seller a sum corresponding to the total indicated in the order confirmation phase and including shipping costs.
Orders placed through the Site can be paid by following the instructions on the Site in the following ways: credit or debit card or PayPal.
In the case of payment by credit / debit card or Paypal, the Customer must enter their data on the respective page [data of the card used (type, number, expiry date, holder) or PayPal account (email address, password)] .
The Consumer expressly accepts that the execution of the contract by the Seller will begin at the time the price of the purchased Product (s) is credited to the Seller's current account.
The purchase order is accepted by the Seller by sending a confirmation email to the Customer at the address indicated by the latter during registration. The confirmation email contains the summary of the order placed, the description of the Products ordered and the total to be paid to the Seller.
The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained in the email and to communicate any errors and omissions promptly to the Supplier.
Each contract for the purchase of the Products is considered concluded when the Consumer receives the order confirmation from the Seller.
The Supplier will deliver the selected and ordered Products to the Customers, in the manner described above, by means of trusted couriers and / or shippers.
Delivery times will never exceed 30 days after the one in which the customer sent the order but may vary according to production needs. The aforementioned delivery times refer to the Products in stock at the time of the order.
In the event of immediate unavailability of the Products, notice of such unavailability will be communicated with the order confirmation email and it will also be reported if the above-mentioned Products will be re-assorted and times.
In case you need to receive the product in a shorter time, you can contact Officine Nora and arrange a faster shipment.
No responsibility can be attributed to the Supplier for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
The Product will be delivered to the place indicated by the Customer for delivery and the Customer is required to receive the Product and facilitate delivery. In the event of an unjustified refusal to receive the Product, the Supplier will have the right to terminate the contract, without prejudice to compensation for damages, including any storage costs for the products.
The Supplier assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, from executing within the agreed time to the contract.
The Supplier will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the non-execution of the contract for the reasons mentioned above, as the Consumer is only entitled to a refund of the price paid.
Equally, the Supplier is not responsible for any fraudulent and illegal use that may be made by third parties, credit cards and other means of payment, upon payment of the purchased products. The Supplier, in fact, at no time during the purchase procedure is able to know the buyer's credit card number which, by opening a secure connection, is transmitted directly to the Banking Institute managing the service. Upon request of the interbank service, which authorizes payment by credit card, Officine Nora can request a copy of the credit card, front and back, and a copy of the identity document, to be sent by fax or certified e-mail.
The Supplier markets handcrafted products made in Italy, for which it offers a guarantee of 24 months from the date of purchase. This protection is valid only in the case of manufacturing defects and not in the event of improper use, normal wear or damage occurring due to errors in the maintenance of the object. The Supplier therefore recommends the Consumer to always follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
To request the replacement, repair or refund of the defective item, it is necessary to write immediately - and in any case no later than two months after discovery - to Officine Nora (link) providing photographic proof of the defect and the purchase receipt.
Officine Nora will reply within a maximum of 14 days by communicating via email the available options and the procedures to follow.
Refunds, replacements, repairs will not be accepted if the Consumer has not scrupulously followed the correct procedures indicated each time by Officine Nora or by the manufacturer of the object in question.
In case of manufacturing defects, the return is free.
Officine Nora and the Supplier will examine the returned items and assess the cause and nature of the manufacturing defect. It will be the Supplier, taking into account the proper wear, to propose to the Consumer one or more solutions (repair, replacement, etc.).
In the case of "unique pieces", replacement will not be guaranteed but different methods will be proposed for agreement.
Any requests for after-sales assistance can be sent to Officine Nora and cc to the email address of the manufacturer of the goods (address always attached in the packaging of the object).
The Consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated under the Consumer Code.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 14 working days from receipt of the product.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a specific communication within the aforementioned terms to the Seller's headquarters through the contact form.
Officine Nora will be responsible for contacting the Consumer within 5 working days to indicate the return methods which must in any case take place within 10 days of the communication.
All purchased goods must be returned to the Supplier intact and in their original packaging, with the guarantee seal intact and with the purchase receipt.
The return costs will be borne by the Customer who will have to use a courier service indicated by Officine Nora except in the event that the goods do not comply with the order, in this case the shipment will be borne by Officine Nora.
In the event that the withdrawal conditions are met, the Supplier will refund the full amount paid by the Consumer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the goods.
The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal "for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized", as required by the Consumer Code.
All measurements indicated on the Officinenora.it website are expressed in millimeters.
Italian sizes are used for the rings.
The size of the rings is measured in the inner central part of the band.

Officine Nora is not responsible for any errors in measurement and / or conversion.
We recommend checking the size with the help of a professional goldsmith to avoid errors. As these are artisanal productions, Officine Nora cannot guarantee the replacement of the product with one of a different size.

The data is processed electronically in compliance with the laws in force and may be exhibited only at the request of the judicial authority or other authorities authorized for this purpose by law.
The personal data will be communicated to subjects delegated to carry out the activities necessary for the execution of the stipulated contract and disseminated exclusively for this purpose. The interested party enjoys the rights referred to in Regulation no. 679/2016, as better specified in the specific information accepted by the Customer and always available on the Site.
For any disagreement or dispute relating to the Product, the execution of the contract or these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the parties may bring before the Italian Courts or the Customers' residence in accordance with the relevant laws.
However, it will be possible to send your request directly to Officine Nora who will respond within 30 days by sending a proposal for amicable settlement of the dispute.
